Meet

Jackie Allen, LMT

Massage therapy found me when I needed it most—and turned out to be my true calling. Years ago, during a stressful chapter of my life, I mentioned to a coworker that I was curious about massage therapy. That simple conversation led me to audit a class at the local massage school—and by the end of the day, I was completely hooked. I applied the next morning and never looked back.

My name is Jackie Allen and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I began my career in a medical wellness center, where I specialized in deep tissue work, injury recovery, and muscle reconditioning. My training is grounded in clinical massage, with a deep understanding of the muscular and nervous systems. I draw from this foundation to deliver massage that not only feels good in the moment but helps create real, lasting change in the body.

My clients come from all walks of life, but many find me when they’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, and the emotional toll that can come with both. I believe strongly in the body’s capacity to heal when it feels safe, supported, and heard. Whether through deep tissue work, prenatal massage, grief massage, or aromatic therapy, my goal is always to help reconnect the mind and body—so that pain, tension, and emotional overwhelm can begin to release.

Every session is tailored to the individual, using tools like heat therapy, aromatherapy, sound, cupping, gua sha, or fascial work—whatever your body needs most. I create a cozy, welcoming environment where you can fully relax and let go, even if just for an hour.

Outside the treatment room, I spend my time hiking, gardening, crocheting, and writing. I believe that massage isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity for those carrying pain in their bodies and burdens in their hearts. It’s where the body remembers it was designed to heal, and the soul remembers it was meant to rest.

You Inspire Me

I see you.
I see your efforts everyday.
I see the toll it's taking on you.
Some days it's just hard. It's too much.

Everyday our senses are overstimulated and overwhelmed.

There is just too much of everything.

There are too many scents, too many voices,

too many ingredients, too many things to do.

And there is just one of us. We are just one person and

we are expected to navigate it all flawlessly and slay everyday.

I want to help. I are here to help.
It's time to simplify. It's time to work smarter and less harder.

It's time for subtlety and quiet.

It's time for easy solutions and simple products

that help balance our hectic lives.

My mission is to help provide vitality and rejuvenation for

the sensitive in body and soul without sacrificing quality and comfort.
